"No tengo ni idea del 3%"? No ens prengui per beneits Sra. Cabrer

Mabel Cabrer, contestant les declaracions de Rodrigo de Santos relatives al cobrament pel PP de comissions del 3% a canvi d'atorgar obra pública, va al·legar que "no tengo ni idea de si personas del PP pidieron y cobraron comisiones al PP".

Un parell de comentaris respecte les declaracions de Mabel Cabrer:   

1) Cabrer defendió "el MUY EXIGENTE TRABAJO y las numerosas infraestructuras que se hicieron durante ese periodo y que ahora disfrutan los ciudadanos como carreteras, hospitales o colegios".

Mabel "s'oblida" del METRO, la infraestructura de transport urbà més absurda i insensata d'Espanya, segons els experts (i això que competia amb el tramvia de Parla o el de Vélez-Málaga!).
a) Pressupostat i licitat per 235 milions d'€, quan vàrem arribar a la Conselleria ja s'havien gastat 315, sense cap dotació pressupostària! Amb les obres de reparació va acabar costant 348. Sumant els interessos dels crèdits que va demanar Cabrer, pagarem 500 milions fins el 2030.
b) Amb 15 litres de pluja (molt moderada) es va inundar tota la línia. Un autèntic torrent circulava per damunt les vies del Metro fins a l'intermodal.
c) Un dels empresaris d'una UTE que va fer el Metro, Gabriel Sampol, va assegurar en una entrevista a IB3 que el govern els hi havia donat "moltes presses" per acabar les obres abans d'eleccions.
També s'oblida Cabrer de les autopistes d'Eivissa.

De veres pensa que va dur endavant un treball MOLT EXIGENT Sra. Cabrer?

2) Cabrer va dir també que "la corrupción es un tema repugnante que me da vergüenza y me indigna a mí la primera".

a) La consultora que va dirigir les obres del Metro va ser Global PM, la mateixa consultora que va "valorar" com millor l'oferta de OHL (Villar Mir) per construir Son Espases, malgrat fós més de 100 milions més cara que la de Dragados. Rodrigo de Santos ha definit Global PM com una empresa "molt afí al PP i a JM Rodríguez".
Rodrigo de Santos també va assegurar davant el jutge que OHL va accedir a pagar la comissió de 9 milions al PP, cosa a la que s'havia negat Florentino (Dragados), "assustat" per al quantia que demanava el PP.

b) Global PM no tenia trajectòria com a consultora d'enginyeria en infraestructures ferroviàries, però malgrat això va ser l'empresa contractada per Cabrer per dur endavant la direcció de les obres del Metro. El resultat? Gloriós, amb greus perjudicis en forma de milions d'€ a pagar pels ciutadans.
Encara record al gerent de Global PM, Jesús Peinado, assegurant-me a jo, com a director general de Transports, que el Metro estava "molt ben construit" i que les pluges, tot i no ser gaire abundants (només 15 litres!), havien estat "molt i molt intenses", les més intenses en dècades!

c) Vàrem comprovar com Global PM havia ingressat, amb Cabrer de consellera, 1,3 milions d'€ de SFM sense cap tipus de contracte. Cap tràmit, cap informe, cap procediment i 1,3 milions ingressats per la consultora. Els advocats ens varen aconsellar denunciar-ho a Fiscalia i així ho vàrem fer el febrer de 2009. Per ventura ara se reactivarà la investigació.

Com així va contractar Global PM malgrat no tenir experiència en infraestructures ferroviàries Sra. Cabrer? Va tenir alguna cosa a veure la "proximitat" amb el PP?

3) Cabrer va seguir: "La corrupción es cosa de personas concretas, de períodos concretos y de un presidente del PP en concreto, pero es injusto meter a todo un partido"

a) Hi ha una sentència judicial acreditant el cobrament de comissions pel PP a canvi d'atorgar obra pública, el túnel de Sóller, ja fa 20 anys.
b) També s'han acreditat i sentenciat la percepció de comissions (hi ha gent com l'ex-conseller José Juan Cardona a la presó) als casos Scala, Bitel, Andratx, etc. Podríem afegir molts altres casos de corrupció que afecten al PP balear com els casos "turisme jove", "Nimbus", "Libertad Balear", "funeraria", "ibatur", etc. Per no parlar den Bárcenas!

Està segura Sra. Cabrer que la corrupció afecta "només" a persones concretes del PP i no estructuralment a tot el seu partit? Com explica Sra. Cabrer, per exemple, la desproporció de mitjans en favor del PP respecte a altres partits a totes les campanyes electorals? Convidades del PP a milers de persones a arròs brut, porcella, frit a cada poble o barri de Palma. Tot això se pagava amb les quotes dels afiliats Sra. Cabrer?

    Современная клиника, всё чисто и толково. Зона ожидания оборудована, предлагают даже чай сделать при желании. На входе встречают, рассказывают что как зачем и почему, провожают до нужного кабинета.     Обустройство удобных для зверьков клеток или вольеров. Кролиководство не является исключением. Хотя кролики относятся к животным, которых очень просто разводить, правильные клетки для них – обязательное условие.
    Очень часто клетки для кроликов изготавливают из сварной оцинкованной сетки. Данный материал имеет ряд преимуществ, а именно:
    Прочность. Кролики не могут перегрызть прутья сварной сетки.
    Светопроницаемость. Для нормального роста и развития всем животным нужен солнечный свет. Сварная сетка пропускает достаточное количество света.
    Устойчивость к коррозии или гниению. Эти свойства очень важны, ведь материал клетки для животных постоянно контактирует с влагой.
    Простота уборки и очистки. Чтобы животные были здоровыми, важно поддерживать чистоту в клетках. Сетка сварная для клеток легко поддается мойке и очистке. При необходимости ее можно продезинфицировать (хлорной известью, раствором лизола или формалина), не опасаясь, что материал разрушится от контакта с указанными средствами.
    Важно, чтобы сетка сварная для клеток была оцинкованной. Она более устойчива к коррозии, чем неоцинкованные аналоги. Следовательно, изделие прослужит дольше.
    Какая сетка подходит для клеток.
    Сетка оцинкованная в рулонахСтандартные клетки для кроликов состоят из трех частей, на каждую из которых понадобятся разные сетки:
    Стены. Подходит сетка с квадратными 24-миллиметровыми или прямоугольными (16х48х2,0 мм) ячейками. Толщина проволоки, из которой изготовлено полотно, составляет 1,5-2 мм.
    Пол. Сетка должна быть изготовлена из толстой (до 2 мм) проволоки и иметь не очень большие ячейки (порядка 16х24, 16х48 или 24х24 мм), иначе животные могут порезать лапы. Исключением являются только породы с толстыми пушистыми лапами. Если клетка предназначается для таких кроликов, пол можно изготовить из сетки с ячейкой 16х48 мм.
    Крышка. Подойдет сетка с ячейкой 48х48 мм. Толщина проволоки не имеет принципиального значения.
    Обычно сетка сварная для клеток поставляется в виде рулонов по 10, 50 или 150 погонных метров, которые затем нарезаются на листы. Размеры зависят от того, для какой именно части клетки предназначается конкретный лист. Так, крышку изготавливают из кусков сетки порядка 80х115 см, пол – из листов 100х232,5 или 100х100 см. Задние и боковые стенки делают из рулонной сетки из оцинкованной проволоки, отрезая куски нужной длины.
    Конструкция клетки для кроликов зависит от назначения изделия. Так, есть клетки-домики для самки с крольчатами, для взрослых самцов, для молодняка. Существуют модели с отсеком для выгула животных.
